Nothing to be done about snap bids, they are completely in the hands of the sororities, always. For a COB you need to get to know chapter members through dorms, classes, and campus organizations. Boys know sorority members too so your guy friends can help, especially frat guys.

I Agree With bids. I will say that there are never many snaps. They happen prior to bids going out. After bid day parties begin COB can happen. Let Panhellenic know if you are interested in COB opportunities so you can be put on the interest list. Not many sororities will be able to COB, so don’t get your hopes up. And the sororities that can COB may be the ones you think you don’t want to join.
