If Panhellenic would just give AGD a year to catch their breath they'd be fine. Formal recruitment rules are so strict and brutal that its almost impossible to get off the bottom. Allow AGD to recruit year-round without going through formal recruitment. Let them rush like the men for a year. Their numbers and quality will blossom.

You don't understand that COB is year-round recruitment and any chapter can do that. AGD could bow out of formal recruitment if they wanted to and just COB but why would they?

Why would Pan EVER give a single sorority special permissions over others? We all get the same starts, it’s up to you on whether you want to move up or down on the totem pole. Get over yourself and return to reality smh.
