COB process for recruitment

How does COB work? Do I have to reach out to a chapter to see if they are doing it, does someone reach out to me, or does my rho gam give me that information?

I hope you haven’t dropped out yet. If you haven’t please keep going. You might change your mind. You can drop out after prefs-just don’t sign the MRABA and let your Rho Gam know you are interested in COB. Unfortunately, there will be much less COB opportunities in the fall than in the spring.

Cob in the fall sucks, usually just lower tier houses that couldn’t recruit. But in the spring it could still be really special and you get to talk to a lotttt of the chapters & go to events at the houses.

Def reach out to your rho gam and ask for more info!
