Help… do they know?

So I know one of the sorority rules was not to hang out with guys but a grad student invited me over to his apartment, I’m 18 I did spend the night at his house. By the time I got back I noticed a couple girls maybe undercover staring at me as I came into the building? I did not tell a soul about this and given that this website is anonymous I just want to know if I maybe got in trouble? I only got back 3 sororities :(
