Pi Phi is not over AXO and Kappa is definitely not over DZ. I think DZ is way better than their reputation.
Tend to agree that there aren’t as many tiers as some say. But do think there is an upper mid and lower mid. Would move Theta to upper (all around GREAT house) and then would say AXO PiPhi XO are upper mid. Those 3 are much better than the others in this tier. Not that any of this matters.
