The rest with exception of agd are still competitive

All are hard to get into. Don’t pay attention to tiers. Tiers don’t determine cuts. Panhellenic tells houses how many they can cut each round. So if you get cut it means you weren’t high enough on the bid list — not because you’re not awesome and didn’t vibe.

I don't understand how if a chapter thought i was awesome and vibed well, why would they still cut me? If they actually did like me, then I should be high enough on the bid list. At that point what separates me from the girls who do make the list?

Attention PNMs. Greek rank is a self ranking site. The tiers on Greek rank mean absolutely nothing. You will find this out quickly. I can honestly tell you houses like Theta, XO, and Phi Mu have the largest cuts of all sororities from the beginning. It’s based on how many girls ask for those sororities back after the first couple rounds. Most girls relate and can see themselves in this type of houses. Sorry but this is factual.

Extremely strong houses. They have deep cuts because that’s what Panhellenic tells them to do. They don’t have a choice. All

Do not drop out of recrutiment if you don’t get your top houses back. It’s not worth it.

A house can like you and still cut you. It could even come down to a very small tenth of a point. They don’t control how many girls they cut. Pan does. That’s the part that sucks. Every year when competitive houses have to make deep cuts they cut girls they wish they could have kept.

What does gpa have to do with it? If they don’t cut you bc of your gpa you should be good and will have to make a connection to get invited back and rank them high on your list
