Time commitment

How intense is the pledge process? I don’t have a ton of time because I’m working almost full time but I have a high gpa and I think I’d be a good new member. Do sororities care if I also have a job ?

it’s not intense at all maybe like an hour or two a week for a new member meeting, they won’t care if you have a job
