Kappa Sig no more?

Does Kappa Sig still exist? I drove by tonight. No letters on the house and the yard is a wreck.
Would be a great house for Theta Chi.

Their alumni own the house. No way they’re leaving. They can operate as a local fraternity.

That used to be the Sigma Chi house. Would be great if they could get it back. Maybe KS would lease it for however long they’re gone.
