The top 4 houses remain the same from Fall 22 just in a different order! That says a lot about those strong houses.
Added the numbers of members too as keeping members is important.

Commentby: GPA does matter
As a PNM when I rushed GPA was important just like what their philanthropy was.I wanted to raise money for a cause that was important to me personally. I think this is great information for the new PNMs coming in. And seeing all the sororities at FSU except two with such strong memberships proofs that tiers are only important to the self ranking sororities “top tier”.

GPA matters, but in this case all 17 houses are within 3.4-3.6 or a B+ letter grade and therefore not really statistically significant. That doesn't negate the accomplishments in any way of any house it's just not the best measure in differentiating houses you may fit in.
I think it's only one of many components to consider when rushing, the most important being the girls you meet in the house and how you vibe with them.

Actually some people DO pick a house where academics are important. Some house stress great academics and some don't. I clearly saw the vibe during Rush. Also, there are some house consistently on the bottom of this list. It does matter to some no matter how you try to blow it off.

Does anybody know what the drop rate was last fall? I think it was 30%. It seems like the upper half of the houses are all chasing the same girls and losing a big percentage of girls in the process in the first 2 rounds.
Thoughts on this....
If girls can't drop a house, houses should be allowed to see how high the girls have ranked their house, so they know how serious a girl is and can match it with their own feelings. Wouldn't this avoid the houses all chasing the same PNMs?

Tent talk. Greekrank wants you to think if you don’t go top tier you are just settling or you aren’t having fun. Trust me, girls aren’t spending thousands of dollars a semester if they aren’t happy. No such thing as tiers and the membership numbers of “mid tier” proof it.
