Yup Pike over Theta chi. Parties were better this year , better nightlife presence, better IM, more campus involvement and they can throw at the house next year 😂

heard more from the other 3 than alpha delt, out the entire dork off between those 4 alpha delt comes last closely behind beta, and it’s really embarrassing for those 2 since pi lam and sig chi are still kind of new

I never seen a video of any of those frat parties and alpha delt might be lame but they aren’t homeless and college ave makes them a decent frat for parties

that’s the problem with alpha delt they have so much potential being on college ave but they’ve been stuck in the same spot ranking wise for a long time. you put delta chi or sig chi or maybe even pi lam in that same house it’d be a lot different and that’s the truth

Pike is nonexistent outside of IM and their house. Theta Chi has an actual presence outside of their fraternity and they can actually throw in their house. Pike has passed their peak and they need to get their members off grindr
