Top four are right.
I think Kappa Sig deserves to be rated higher, on a par with Sig Ep or drop Sig Ep.
Sigma Chi is rating themselves higher based on them taking the old Phi Delt house.
Beta has hosed some good fraternities so they deserve being knocked down in ranks.

easily the worst list made all year, pike hasn’t thrown parties at their house and is trying to stay relevant by hanging with phi tau last pledge classes have been some WEIRDOS, College avenue was great really busy this year, sig Ep self rank like always, ksig over sig Ep, sig chi self rank

Pike has always hung out with Phi Tau. And their parties have been better than theta chi and SAEs even without being at their house😂

I wouldn’t even put pike in top 3 anymore tbh all they have is the name at this point. If they don’t fix this fire Marshal stuff before next year they won’t even be ranked. College ave is where all top are rn and sig chi needs to be dropped down, never even met one lol.

Pike is definitely top two. Theta chi throws mid ass parties at their house and y’all suck them off

Pike was first to get hit by the fire marshal, but they were only the first. Pike will be back up and running by fall. You might get your own fire marshal visit this summer or next fall.
