The top six or seven fraternities recruit and pledge the same guys. Then, those pledges take on the personalities of their individual fraternities. When you walk into a room full of KAs you know right away they’re KA. Same with everyone else. Pikes look like Pikes. Go to the Theta Chi house and everybody there is the Theta Chi “type”.

Sororities aren’t exactly like fraternities. Sorority chapters are either in the top half or the bottom half and that never changes. Fraternity chapters can be as big it as small as they want. They create specific images for themselves.
