Pike is ahead of theta chi or on the same level. Overall influence , national standing, nightlife presence, tailgates , party or all either better or on the same level as theta chi. And fsu pike is way more prestigious.

^pike not “prestigious” anymore they’ve fallen so quick and bid pressure/threaten their guys. They get their pledges to invite younger freshman girls over to get out of hazing and so that they can by with the freshman… just not it anymore.

You live in an alternative universe or you have the wrong school. This is FSU and pike is the gold standard. Three maybe four other fraternities are great here but if you turn down a Pike bid once you won’t get another chance.

Pike and theta chi are different sides of the same coin. They rush the same guts but the fraternity personalities are different. Same wit KAo and SAE. Same coin, two sides.
Same with Beta and Sig Ep.

I’m sorry but the whole “pike is pike” argument doesn’t hold up next to Theta Chi. Pike is just existing off of their brand, Theta Chi actually earned their reputation by throwing consistently good parties, tailgates, and being all over campus

Pike throws the same quality if not better parties than theta chi is more involved on campus and have amazing tailgates. Theta chi is only ranked hatt high because they are on college and close to everything . If pike was on college this wouldn’t even be a argument

‘Pike is Pike’ is real because Pike has always been Pike. Theta Chi won’t always be where they are now. SAE, KA and KS all coming on strong.
