Cob is supposed to give any girls the opportunity to join a sorority, not just ones who already know people in the sorority.

the girls i know of that got bids from them didn’t even know anybody in the chapter before recruitment

Girl it’s okay to be upset but COB has no rules and they can talk to people whenever they want. Girls do not need to have connections in the chapter
