off campus sororities / frats

are there any off campus/non official sororities or frats on campus? considering joining a sorority but not a fan of the whole formal process and stuff and also looking to see what frats have the best parties

If you don't like rule following and are only in it for frat parties then you wouldn't make a good sorority sister.

News Flash......You don't need to join an off campus Srat/Frat. Just get a group of your friends, rent an off campus house and have all the parties you want. End of story.
