Are unrecognized frats still alive?

What frats are unrecognized and where do they fall in regular rankings?

The only unrecognized frat that's really "active" and has people regularly joining is phi Tau. They are kind of popular among frats in general but they fall outside of the normal rankings. If and when they are re-recognized, I would imagine they wouldn't be at the bottom of the ladder like what normally happens when frats get re-recognized but would probably fall in the mid to upper mid area at least at first.

Phi Tau is irrelevant and all full of geeds that got rejected from the top and middle tier frats.

The unrecognized fraternities can take advantage of TCC students and the IFC fraternities can't. ATO had the Tower Club and Delt had Fight Club. Don't know if they still exist.
