Pike: Jordan Travis and mansion.
SAE: largest house capacity, great parties.
KA: “The Order”, southern tradition.
Kappa Sigma: best house location.
Sig Ep: beautiful house, biggest chapter.
Best FSU Fraternities Not Here Anymore:
ATO, Delta Tau Delta, Phi Delta Theta, Lambda Chi, Pi Kappa Phi, Phi Kappa Tau, Phi Sigma Kappa.

Also referencing post 3. Those ‘missing’ fraternities were the best ones at FSU. What if they all came back at the same time, registered as student organizations and formed their own “IFC”. FSU is public and any group of students can start a club if the want.
