Spring cob as a junior transfer

Hey! So I’m interested in rushing this spring but hardly know girls in sororities here since I just transferred . I really want to rush but it seems like I won’t have any luck here if I’m not already besties with girls in sororities :( I want to get to know people here and joining a sorority would be the perfect opportunity to make more friends, what should I do ?
