Any junior going through recruitment is at a disadvantage, but there will be plenty of choices. Many sororities limit their intake to freshmen or sophomores. But many more will welcome a junior transfer. When you sign up, you'll be assigned a recruitment adviser. Ask her which soroities are the best targets for you.

i rushed as an upperclassmen and had a great experience. any house will take you if they think you’ll be a good fit. just be yourself and be confident and it’ll workout how it’s supposed to

Each sorority takes juniors. It’s a different quota than the freshman and sophomore quota. As a junior you have to be realistic and more open minded but if you rush for the right reasons and not hung up on a certain sorority you will be fine. The best thing is to meet girls already in a sorority.

There are only two quotas, upperclassmen quota and a freshman quota; there is not a freshman quota and a sophomore quota and junior quota.

Fraternities don’t seem to have any restrictions at all. No quotas, no limitations. Why don’t they have to follow the same rules?

By: Fraternities?

Fraternities would never stand for the rush rules that Panhellenic imposes on sororities. The sororities like their system just fine.
