What frats have had the best tailgates

IMO Theta Chi, Sig Ep, SAE and KA have done the best. PIKE is up there too but that walk to heritage kills you

Drive to Pike and Delta Chi. They gave more and better parking than everyone else put together.

Pike and theta chi are still top you can’t question it. If pike wasn’t in heritage no one would compete w them
