How many frats give out Pre Rush Bids? Which ones?

All frats can give out pre bids, some choose to some choose not to. Some places have over 10 accepted bids already

I could be wrong but I think ifc provides a list of. all the 1,000 PNMs who signed up. They can be contacted and invited over. Fraternities have open rush all summer.
