Confused.

Are sorority girls allow to go to underground frat events/parties? I keep getting told different things. I know a bunch were at one last night and went to NOLA on the bus too.

ALLOWED?! Women, sorority or not, can go with whoever they want. Congratulations to the so-called underground fraternities for keeping their brotherhoods together.

Do what you want just don’t wear your letters. But remember there is reason they were kicked off and why guys join a non-recognized frat when there are plenty that are recognized on campus at FSU. Also, remember safety as a woman should be your #1 concern whether the frat is recognized or underground.

No, sororities girl aren’t suppose to attended parties, formals or tailgates thrown by non IFC Frats (underground frats). Most sororities don’t enforce the rule, so do, but the rule is there for your protection. The particular underground frat you are referencing to in your question has had a lot of issues in the past.

The university should not use pan-Hellenic to enforce their social rules about who can see who. Sororities shouldn’t be told to socialize just with certain fraternities.
