As part of the second phase in the stacked expansion which will begin by Fall 2026.......ATO maybe returning in Fall '26, Delts maybe returning by Fall '27, Phi Tau and Phi Sig have not requested recolonization as of yet, Pi Kaps will not be returning until 2029-30 and LXA will never be back at FSU. We have Delta Sigs recolonizing now, Chi Psi colonization in Spring '23, ZBT recolonization is Fall '23 and Phi Delts recolonization in Spring '24 finishing up the first phase of the stacked expansion.
