Honestly fraternities really need to leave IFC

We need to Create the "PanHandle IFC" that operates independently away from the University and their BS rules. We can recruit alumni and IHQ staff from fraternities that break away to help supervise and guide us. This is what USC (Southern California) just did and the same at Michigan, West Virginia, Colorado and Duke. I am sure IFCs at other schools like Northwestern, Penn State, Rutgers, UCLA, etc will soon follow.

Definitely need to create an independent IFC, however, Tallahassee Interfraternity Council (TIFC) would sound better, rather than Panhandle IFC (Univ. of West Florida is also in the Panhandle region)
