APhi got quota plus. Was under campus total ceiling by a couple of spots so added those pnm that they really wanted. Fyi - some great girls dropped rush.

Snap bids are only if you don't make quota, so if APhi gave them out, they definitely didn't make quota. If their chapter total is below average, they could COB, but that hasn't even opened up yet. Such a sad group, always on here trying to make themselves look waaaaay better than they are.
