The good news is employers are adults who could care less about your social media followers... so the high school mentality doesn't matter in the real world

Actually employers care a lot about your social media if it makes you look like a non-stop party girl thirst trap. Some of these girls had better clean up their public image before they start applying for jobs. The social media that's going to get you into a sorority is not going to get you a job at a serious company.
