This is the most important thing for pnm's, and yet the most overlooked. Goes for guys pledging too. Look at the other pnm's/rushees. These are going to be the people that make or break your Greek experience. Not the house, not the letters, not the ranks or tiers. Nothing else matters but those people.

Honestly girls in the middle tiers r the true top women. Girls in the top 5 r kind of annoying and shallow. Like they r hot but have nothing going on. Middle tier girls usually have a lot more personality, involvement, and r usually just as hot. Middle is the new Top mark my words brothers

i think all chapters have amazing women but i do feel like the chapters that r always being called middle tier on her r actually the top ones. when i was rushing i didn’t know greek rank existed but i thought the top 5 were very very different. most people don’t strive for a top house anymore i feel, bc even tho they r still amazing women, most girls want sisterhood and rush here is already so competitive that even being affiliated means higher status than being a geed to most people.

This but if you are greek at FSU you already know this. “Top tier” isn’t all that.
