PNM in need of advice desperately

My rho gam just told us that we should plan on wearing shorts for bid day. This is a problem for me, because, I struggle with chronic incontinence - i cant control my bladder in stressful environments. i need to wear diapers, and i have been able to do so the last few rounds due to our choice of dresses. However, my diapers are not compatible with shorts. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i can do about this? Are shorts necessary? I saw that last year, the house i want had a big ball pit, so i dont want to flash anyone with my skirt lols.

Are you comfortable talking to your rho gam about this? They might have good advice and can support you.

i think a maxi pad would do the trick, my mom struggles with incontinence after having 3 kids and going to disney is always a struggle

Maybe a skort? A tennis skirt would be trendy and could maybe work
