What is the best thing about each srat?

There is so much negativity on this site that it gets so tiring. Let’s make a good impression for PNMs and name something that you like about each srat! I know so many fantastic women in each organization, so let me start:
Aphi: These girls are so loyal, I have never heard a member say a bad thing about another member.
Tridelta: These girls take a lot of pride in their chapter and are very involved in campus.
Gphi: This srat is really on the up! They had a fantastic new member class last semester.

Don’t mean to be a killjoy but the best advice is choose your friends wisely. Employ the standards you’ve acquired in your life thus far and apply that to recruitment. Your friend may not be mine and that’s ok . Quit trying to lump whole groups into stereotypes .. like Aphi is so loyal. That’s ridiculous. Regardless of what house you choose there will be girls you like and others not so much. Honestly it’s a crapshoot so don’t take it so seriously. John the house you see yourself having the best and most meaningful friendships in after the limited time allotted to make that choice

Almost got it right. "The more rushees that list a sorority first, that sorority can now cut more girls from their list." Not can, but have to. They don't want to have to release as many PNMs as the are made to do. The number of girls not invited back to a particular sorority is based on several years of return rates of that sorority. The stronger rushing chapters have to release more PNMs because more PNMs put them as a 1 when they rank the chapters at the end of the round. This is RFM. It was developed to help more girls get bids, and more chapters pledge quota. Before RFM, many chapters did not make quota, and many PNMs went bidless. So PNMs, if you go with the flow, attend all the parties you are invited to, and sign your MRABA card after prefs, unless you SIP and are placed too low on that sorority's bid list, you will receive a bid.

Hmm gave good advice but also remember sororities are putting their best girls forward to make you want to list them first. The more rushees that list a sorority first, that sorority can now cut more girls from their list. Rushees have already been ranked by the sororities before the first day and have already placed the desirable PNM’s with the top rushers and like wise have placed the PNM’s who do not have a snowball’s chance in hell of getting back an invite with a very skilled, facey sister that will give that PNM every bit of confidence that she will fit in and be in the next new member class knowing that girl is already cut before she opens her mouth and smiles.
