How much does GPA matter for pan recruitment?

I have a good enough GPA that I got into FSU but how much do grades matter in srat recruitment? Is there like a hard cut off number for GPA? One of my friends has close almost perfect grades and I am scared I won’t be able to join the same srat as her.

To be honest it is very important to almost every srat. By round 2 they will cut grade risks unless you have some very unique qualities.

Don’t rush if you have under a 3.0. You will be extremely limited in your choices. Keep in mind you are here to learn first. Being part of Greek life is just a bonus not the goal

Honestly 3.0gpa is the minimum. Most cut at 3.25gpa and a few sororities cut even higher. But obviously as a freshman are fine, if you got into FSU you most likely have over a 4.0 it’s for the TCC/ transfers or sophomores going through recruitment.
