Do I register w/ a weighted or unweighted gpa

Hey guys so I’m gonna be registering for sorority recruitment and am unsure as to which version of gpa they are referring to. Would I put my gpa as weighted from highsxhool which was a 4.9, or unweighted which translates to a 3.9 I believe. Also, when it ask for year graduated, does that refer to my highschool graduation or when I’ll be graduating college (2024)?
