Which fraternities take legacies?
by: RichardI’ve heard that some fraternities are legacy friendly and some won’t take legacies at all. I don’t know what the truth is. My question is when I go through rush in the fall should I tell that I am a legacy? Thanks.

In 'fraternity world' a legacy is either the son of an alum or the younger brother of a chapter brother. Some fraternities are real big on legacies, and its not a big factor for most. One fraternity was hostile to legacies but they're not here right now. It won't hurt you in rush if you mention your legacy connection when you visit the house.

Nothing wrong with daddies. If other fraternities had daddies watching over them they’d still be here.
