Sdt aopi abs gphi do not deserve to be lumped w agd

Agds are in a class of their own, sdt gphi and aopi have been making genuine progress and have been putting forth real effort to better themselves, and they HAVE been improving.

Petition for agd to be considered separate from the srats that are actually trying to improve.

aoii, sig delt and gphi are constantly turning out great pc’s and are moving up, nowhere near agd
