Gamma Phi Beta never left FSU. They were down in the 1970s like a lot of Greek houses. They re-organized and had a membership review but they never left. They never missed a fall recruitment.

Their national did a reorganization in the mid-'80s. They put the actives on alumnae status and then recruited a brand-new chapter from scratch.

I don’t think their nationals have much to invest in or give anymore. Apparently at other schools agd chapters are struggling as well. I think the best option would be to rent it out to other chapters while they remodel their house or something else. Alumni money and support dries up eventually, especially if they see how other chapters across the country are at the same level as FSUs chapter. they will leave soon enough.

If I were AGD Nationals, that is exactly what I would do. Keep the house, reorganize and build from scratch. It seemed to work for Gamma Phi Beta. Considering how much that house cost to build, that is probably what they will do.

They've been on campus nearly 100 years. Are they not getting any support from their alumnae?

Around 5 new members isn’t gonna save a chapter. You sound like a 5 year old. Also, it’s called criticism, learn how to take it and change your crap sisterhood and make sure that these new members don’t drop like half of your new pcs do anyways.

all you have to do is look at the lack of effort for their social medias, events, and no spring class when they always do any rush possible. IHQ doesn’t have to say anything, theyre done.
