I fr thought they might be able to make a positive difference during spring rush but they managed to somehow make things even worse for themselves. Just shows how quickly word spreads to the PNMs

why are you defending an org that steals money from girls and gives literally nothing to show for it? Would you like to give agd your parents or your thousands of dollars to get t shirts, meh events, meh sisterhood, and terrible reputation on campus? No? Then why say it’s trolling when it’s all true. It’s really like talking to a wall, nothing gets through your heads and it’s all taken as trolling or bullying.

Girl, no one forced you to accept their bid. You also did not have to get initiated. That was all YOUR CHOICE.

They didn’t say if they got initiated or got a bid or not. Not everyone has to be an ex agd or current to know about what happens inside that sisterhood. Easily you can also look up their dues and their scorecard. And You can easily tell based off other reviews that have stated that they get bad t shirts and have lame events and other things that these comments and Instagram have shown. Again you AGDs keep proving that you take everything as trolling instead of criticism and do nothing about it.

kinda sad that a lot of the other srats have already finished COB and had their bid days. Honestly I would just give up if I were agd and still doing COB events

Everyone on campus is already well aware of all the stuff going on, at this point they’re just fooling themselves and their own members lmao

They’re not doing well for so many reasons. From their scorecard, you can see: High dues with little to actually show for them, little involvement in their philanthropy, little involvement around campus, no sorority or fraternity really wanting to associate or work with them. From other pan members and agd members: terrible at recruiting, little to no incentive to recruit members that will add to the chapter anything besides money, clique type environment with rude members and issues with high drop numbers, and don’t listen to anything to change their chapter even when actual members suggest things. Ongoing issues for years that have come to a turning point.

and agd is still struggling now and relatively has not changed anything from years ago. Sisters have come out and said that their IHQ doesn’t listen, that there are other alpha gam chapters at other campuses that are struggling hard too, and that their own sisters don’t listen to them, unless you’re in the top clique or big/little group. It’s a strong sisterhood if you’re in the loop and have ties to the exec board and popular girls basically. Very unbalanced chapter. They also come on this site and delete reviews and take everything with the tiniest bit of criticism as bullying/rude and try to one up other chapters to make theirs seem better. They’re just too far gone.

Mostly every Greek org. whether Fraternity & sorority all have experienced the same attitude with their IHQ. If your not a top chapter bringing in large PC (money) or have influential Alumni (large donors to the foundation house Corp etc.) Your chapter doesn"t count.

I’m the consultant who wrote the post above and we care about any of our chapters that are struggling.

The difference is the girls have to put in the work, take feedback and be willing to change. If they get the same results over and over, my nationals will shut them down, which sucks. And to be clear, my national org doesn’t care if a chapter is bottom tier or whatever. Lots of chapters are bottom tier but still have strong sisterhoods.

while it’s great that you and your nationals care about the chapters, it’s blatantly obvious that alpha gams could care less. sisters say that some of the representatives from nationals at their chapter arent the best for the chapter and negatively influence a lot of decisions. If they’ve been struggling for years now and no one has tried to change anything besides recruiting literally anyone and remodeling the house, then I think it’s a real shame that they’re still semi-running a chapter.
