Consensus that Theta is now a top sorority?

It seems like everyone knows that theta is a top tier sorority. They have strong PC’s, clubs actively look for them for bottle girl service and they seem to have the best sisterhood. Doesnt mean that any of the current top sororities need to be moved below them, they just need to be moved into the top rank.

Theta still has alcohol related conduct code violations on Scorecard and two members arrested last semester for 🥃 and ❄️. Bragging about being bottle service girls isn’t a good look.
