Do srats really look at a pnm’s application history
by: WomenWondering if srats really go through a pnm’s application answers to those questions such as hobbies, grade lvl, etc and make their decisions based on em?

As a recruiter when looking at women who have been on a campus, I always looked at high school involvement as well, because you never know how transitioning to college has impacted a person. Some people need a year to fully adjust, especially with everything going on in the world. However, not every recruiter will do that, as current students have technically “had opportunities” to get involved. But, an involvement with one organization is better than none. Don’t sweat it too much and enjoy the process. You will end up where you are meant to be <3

Will a lack of campus involvement really affect a pnm negatively? I did a lot in highschool but am only in 1 Club here
