It will all depend on the guys starting Chi Phi how good they will be as a fraternity. They will start out as bottom of the bottom tier just like SX.

I feel like they have a decent chance since their last PC just graduated and they had lots of guys who are still around Tally for grad school. They have strong alumni support and own their house. The first year may be rough but I think they'll get pretty close to where they were (upper mid) before

Past tense....they were a good house. You cannot predict how they new guys will do during their recolonization. Just have to wait and see.

I heard from some of our older alums that the Chi Phi used to be a pizza hut back in the late 80's
