Why does everyone say sig ep is dry?

everyone in this site says sigep will never be top because of a dry house but they’ve had alcohol at tailagates and drink at their house?

Nationally SigEp is a Dry fraternity and so are several of their chapters. Just look at UF SigEp ranking.

They're supposed to be a dry house. Just because they don't follow through doesn't mean the status hasn't changed. Also not a good look to post it online but you do you
