They live in a 'new house' that already looks like it's falling apart, finally saw a video inside it's actual ass.
Sig Ep throws nothing. Personally I would argue Theta Chi is top rn over Pike, but the old dogs still throw some decent stuff. Definitely NOT Sig Ep.

Kappa Sig’s house is what you called a dog house. It’s so disgusting that its looks worse than a dog house. And theta chi looks like a motel 6. Keep your houses clean

these are fraternity houses. meant to be partied in. why does having a 'nice' house matter? not living in these houses because my parents want me to or to show off to employers, its for me

I’m glad there’s still two great frat. chapters here. FSU has done a lot to destroy the other good chapters. TX is really good but there’s reasons PK has always been ranked #1 forever. KA and SA are becoming very good. People may not like SPE but they’re good too, maybe in a different way.

Dry house, no hazing. Probably will never get kicked. Brand new mansions and doesn’t live in a motel 6 or a dog house
