Hypothetically speaking if there was an all out IFC brawl on college ave, and every college ave frat teamed up and emptied their houses and went up against the 8 non college ave frats houses teamed up, the ave frats would win every time.

Theta Chi also has a house to the right of KA and if the college ave frats decided to treaty with Kappa Sig they would have a nice flank position.
