Do FSU frats let guys not rushing in to tailgate? Do they have to pay

Most fraternities will not allow anyone except for active brothers and alumni. Some will charge a rate for non-brothers usually around $50

Any fraternity that "charges at the door" will get kicked off immediately. You're selling beer, and the cops and Amy Hecht are looking.
