heard sigma chi is taking over the sigma pi house.

If this is true, my advice to SX is get that house blessed. Every fraternity that lived there ended up being kicked off. I think that house is cursed.

Pike is still decent but living off the 2015 reputation. Noone goes to heritage unless its a pike event. If u were here a few years ago youd understand the difference

This is great news. With pike, then sigma chi and later phi Delt coming back, heritage will be the center to top tier life again.
