SigEp stands out as a forward-thinking fraternity in all issues, including gender. SigEp has traditionally treated gender as binary, when we live in a world with increasing awareness that gender is not always binary. SigEp’s membership is currently restricted those persons who identify as male, but there is limited space in Greek communities across the country for non-binary individuals to engage.
SigEp is leading the way towards the future of Greek organizations in the United States as gender inclusive organizations. SigEp is convening a task force to explore removing any screening of gender from its membership criteria and this will also expand SigEp’s recruitment pool.

This is not a joke. Sig Ep national is really going down this road. They came close to going co-ed at their last convention, and now this. What radical wackos are running this organization? I like the Sig Eps here and I hope they don't follow this self-destructive path set out by their national.
If the pledge educator opens up the first pledge meeting by asking everyone to state their preferred personal pronouns, then you're not really a fraternity anymore.

Dear God. If Sig Ep is the future then fraternities are finished. So…the Sig Eps are going to rush boys, girls, and unknowns.
Sig Ep is not just going to be unique, they are going to be the only ‘fraternity’ with that profile. No one else is crazy enough to destroy their brand like this.

They are a real fraternity and they’re top tier here. They are NOT co-Ed or non-binary or any of the rest of that garbage that their national writes and then publishes on this site.
Some of the things written here are unfair. They’re good guys and they do good work in the community and with other Greeks.
They’re a fraternity of MEN and they have a great house and they don’t cause trouble.
