Accurate Srat Descriptions 2021

Zeta - Hot, Wealthy, Partiers. Not very involved on campus, but seem to like each other. Known to be fake.
KD - Like Zeta, but slightly less facey. Very active on campus and have the best rep of the top houses.
DG/DDD - Huge partiers, and don’t have the best reputation because of it. Very pretty, but known to be cliquey and catty.
ADPI - Basically Tri Delt and DG but with more of a ‘good girl’ vibe. Partiers but not known for it. The girls in it seem to really like it.
Theta/Pi Phi - Have a good reputation. Known to be attractive and laid back. Liked by frats and very involved in Greek life.
XO/AXO/Phi Mu - Known to be ‘good girls’ but still party pretty hard. Involved on campus and in Greek life. Have a good reputation.
DZ/AOPII - Lots of different types of girls. Known to be social and outgoing but not super facey.
APhi - Girls who wish they were Zetas (we all know this is true). Known to be fake - pretty girls but lots of girls drop.
Kappa/SDT - On the up and up. Girls in these houses seem to love it. Cute girls and involved on campus.
G Phi/AGD - The quirky type. Very diverse and have lots of different types of girls.
