Re SAE. They were solid top tier a decade ago and got kicked off for hazing. They're back now and are pledging good guys. They've remained small but they're not bad. Housing is an issue, but they have good alumni who will probably be able to fix that.

FSU by and large is not a poor kids school. If you're in any fraternity here you may not be rich but you have money to play. On the other hand, there's no fraternity here that flaunts its wealth.

Unlikely anyone will ever build a larger house under one roof. Too expensive, and not enough property.
