Answer to your question: ATO is good. They've only been back a few years but they're growing. Don't pay much attention to the rankings (left); they're not all correct. The top fraternities are Pike, Delt, Phi Sig, Sigma Chi and maybe Phi Tau. ATO is not too far away.

ATO is guido as hell. What is so good about that? They should transfer to Southern Cal. and let FSU (which is in the Florida Panhandle, most southern and classy part of Florida) strive to represent the Panhandle better.

That's about right, but KA is more solid than ATO, and Phi Delt just has a memebrship review so their numbers are down. Realistically, Theta Chi may be better than Phi Delt right now, but they can bounce back.
