Agreed. Tiers change from person to person and are usually based on who they hate the least or who has the biggest house. Like Fratdaddy said, go meet the brothers in each fraternity to see where you fit. If you go somewhere based on a stereotype, you're gonna hate it and have the wrong impression of Greeks.

No, I am just someone who understands the greek system and that tiers simply create divisions and those who speak of them are simply stoking the fire. Grow up. Want to find the good fraternities? Look to who wins Frat of the year, DM, Homecoming, IMs, and who has leaders around campus, not to mention where you find yourself at home. Thank you for your time, and keep an open mind.

Tiers are a nonexistent classification system people use to rank greek organizations. Because they are nonexistent, they are made up by whoever speaks of them, and you should not take them seriously. Go to houses, find where you fit, and don't pass judgement on any house, especially from someone who speaks of Tiers. It is false.
