ATO will be rushing out on their lot next to Pike and LXA.

Last I heard Tau Ep wasn't even on campus... So i doubt they're going to have that lot.

Though I do not believe ATO is losing that lot, if they do, Kappa Sig is the only fraternity without a house that has plenty of money. Maybe Phi tau does, but I don't think so.

I agree with the post below. I don't think ATO is losing that lot, but I could probably guarantee that Kappa Sig or Phi Tau are the only frats without a "real" house that have the money to build. Problem is, they'll never find land to build on...

Any of the non-equity fraternities at HG can buy their facility, tear down the club house and build a larger house right there. You've already got the apartment building. There's a 40-year ground lease with options to extend.
