ATO will begin building their house as soon as they get the number to support it. EX is in EK's house. Sig Delt is in Tri Sig's house. And to "real insight's" rankings, the top 3 are solid, Delt > Phi Delt and SN and FIJI DON'T belong any higher. Phi Tau is in the right place. Just because SN and FIJI have houses don't make them any better. They're both still tool sheds.

The below list is very close to accurate.

I think ATO's are up there however. They're always known for having the absolute strongest alumni base in town for jobs and stuff.

Where is Sig Eps lot?

Sig Eps lot is on the other side of Phi Delt. Clever of them to "start construction" by putting in a few pvc pipes, lol! Gotta love loop holes.

I'm pretty sure the Sig Eps started construction in late fall, and then got kicked off right after the first of the year.
ATO has good alumni and they were a strong chapter back in the 1990s, but KA and SAE were always the Tallahassee-based fraternities and their local alumni are powerful. Phi Delt has very prominent alumni. Plus it would be hard for anyone to have a more influential alumni base overall than Pike. But ATO's good.
